Please login | | Frequently Asked Questions: | How our ordering system works: | Add items to your shopping cart by filling in the quantity box and clicking "Add To Cart" at the bottom of that page. Go to the Check Out page. Enter your shipping and payment information in the form provided, and then press the "Secure Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will be presented with a preview copy of your final order. Examine it carefully to make sure everything is correct. Next, press the "Place Order" button. Your order will NOT be confirmed until you do this. Once you have pressed the "Place Order" button, a copy of your order will be sent to you by email.
| When paying by CREDIT CARD: | | Return Policy | An online receipt or packing receipt dated within 15 days is required for all returns. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Most items on OdysseyNail.com can be returned by mail. Please note that shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Some item cannot be returned if Used, Contaminated, Decanted. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products purchased at trade show or deal and special discount (package deal) are final and can not be return, unless otherwise specify. | All records of purchase are needed for return. |
